Welcome to Ice & Garnish. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Ice & Garnish, a brand of Atelier Ameegz, Bourj Hammoud, Beirut, Lebanon. Atelier Ameegz operates this store and issues all invoices and receipts, so you may see that name on your payment records.

We operate this store and website, including all related content, features, tools and products, to provide you, the customer, with a curated experience (the "Services"). This website is powered by Shopify, a third-party platform.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the policies referred to below, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. They apply to everyone who uses the website, whether browsing or buying.

Please read these Terms carefully. They include important legal information, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, accessing or using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Section 1 — Access and account

By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

To use the Services you may need to provide personal information including your email address, billing details, payment information and shipping address. You confirm that everything you provide is accurate, current and complete, and that you are entitled to provide it.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. You may not transfer, sell or allow anyone else to use your account.

Section 2 — Our products

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours and finishes can appear differently depending on your screen, and small variations are normal in handmade and engraved goods. We do not guarantee that a product's appearance will be identical to what is shown.

Descriptions, specifications, pricing and availability may change at any time without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product, and we may limit quantities or availability to any individual, region or country.

Section 3 — Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is accepted only once we confirm it, and payment must be received and processed before acceptance.

Custom and engraved products: we will send you an artwork proof to approve before production begins. Please check it carefully — spelling, layout and size — because the proof you approve is what we make. Once you approve it, production starts and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. See our Refund Policy.

Please review your order details before submitting. Once accepted, changes and cancellations may not be possible. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you if an order is not accepted, is modified or is cancelled.

All purchases are subject to our Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy.

Section 4 — Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change at any time without notice. The price that applies is the one in effect when you place your order, confirmed in your order confirmation.

The price shown is the price you pay, plus shipping calculated at checkout. Atelier Ameegz is a sole personal establishment and does not charge VAT, so no sales tax is added.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes charged by your own country are not included and are your responsibility. See our Shipping Policy.

Prices on this website may differ from prices offered in person, through distributors, or through other channels.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and the other payment methods shown at checkout. You confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment method, and that you will pay all amounts due.

Please keep a copy of your transaction records and order confirmation for your reference.

Section 5 — Shipping and delivery

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out methods, timelines and costs.

Delivery is handled by third-party carriers. We are not liable for delays, loss or interruption caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Section 6 — Intellectual property

All content on the Services — trademarks, brand names, logos, text, graphics, images, videos, product descriptions and the design and arrangement of the site — is owned by Atelier Ameegz, its licensors or respective third parties, and is protected by intellectual property law.

These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written permission.

Your own artwork remains yours. When you send us a logo or design to engrave, you keep all rights in it. You grant us permission to use it only to produce your order. We will not publish or display your artwork or brand for promotion without asking you first.

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any artwork you send us, and that engraving it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Section 7 — Third-party tools and links

The Services may give access to third-party tools, features or websites that we do not own or control. We do not monitor or endorse them and accept no responsibility for their availability, content or performance. Use them at your own risk and review their own terms and privacy policies.

Any complaint about a third party's products or services must be directed to that third party.

Section 8 — Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services you confirm you have read and agree to it. Your information may be processed by third-party service providers and in other countries as necessary to provide the Services.

Section 9 — Errors and inaccuracies

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies about products, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges or transit times. We may correct any error at any time without notice, and may update, modify or cancel an order if information was inaccurate — including after the order was submitted.

Section 10 — Prohibited uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use them for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious activity, to infringe anyone's rights, to harass anyone, or to provide false information.

You may not use the Services if you are located in, or a resident of, any country subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions. We may refuse service or terminate transactions where the law requires it.

You may not transmit viruses or harmful code, or engage in spamming, phishing, scraping or unauthorised data collection, or interfere with the security or functioning of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms.

Section 11 — Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. On termination you remain responsible for any amounts due up to that date.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law.

Section 12 — Disclaimer of warranties

Information on the Services is provided for general information only. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or reliability, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

Except as expressly stated, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Section 13 — Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atelier Ameegz and its directors, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services or any product.

This includes loss of profits, revenue, savings, data or business opportunities, and replacement costs, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Section 14 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atelier Ameegz, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party — including any claim that artwork you supplied for engraving infringes someone else's rights; or (3) your use of the Services or any product.

Section 15 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will stay in force.

Section 16 — Waiver and entire agreement

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive it. These Terms, together with the policies posted on the Services, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services, and replace any earlier agreements or communications.

Section 17 — Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without notice.

Section 18 — Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where it is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, government action, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, epidemics or pandemics. Our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event and resume as soon as reasonably practicable.

Section 19 — Governing law

Lebanon is the country of domicile for Atelier Ameegz. These Terms, and any separate agreements under which we provide Services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. You and Atelier Ameegz agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.

Section 20 — Changes to these Terms

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. We may update or replace any part of them by posting changes here. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
