Shipping & Delivery Policy
Ice & Garnish is a brand of Atelier Ameegz. We ship worldwide from Beirut, Lebanon.
1. Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout. The cost depends on where your order is going, its weight and its size. You will see the exact amount before you pay — there are no shipping charges added afterwards.
2. Making your order
Stock products are dispatched within 2 business days of your order.
Custom and engraved products are made to order, so they take longer. We send you an artwork proof to approve first, and production begins after you approve it. Allow 7 business days for production after proof approval, then dispatch.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. Delivery time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:
- Within Lebanon: 2–4 business days
- International: 10–15 business days
These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by the carrier, by customs clearance, or by circumstances outside our control.
4. Carrier and tracking
Orders are shipped by international courier, usually DHL. We may use another reputable carrier where it delivers faster or reaches your location better. We send you tracking information by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
5. Customs, duties and import taxes
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees charged by your country. These are not included in the price you pay us and we cannot calculate them in advance — they are set by your own customs authority.
If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, the shipping cost and any return charges are not refundable.
6. Delivery problems
Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete or incorrect, any re-delivery or return cost is payable by you.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@iceandgarnish.com with your order number and photographs, and we will resolve it with the carrier.
Shipping charges are not refundable once an order has been dispatched, unless the problem is our error.
